Nam Nidhan teacher trainer of Kundalini Yoga has been teaching for 14 years in all Latin America and Spain, training hundreds of teachers and sharing the values of the new global community. She is the Founder of "Woman of Light"  a Foundation for helping women around the world to live with self value and dignity, the basic elements for rising the consciousness of our planet. Nam Nidhan Kaur is also the Founder of Narayan Yoga School in Santiago>, Chile, since 1998.
