Melanie has enjoyed a long and successful career as a professional dancer. She started training as a classical dancer from the age of 3 in Australia and at 17 joined the Jeune Ballet International in France. She went on to perform in theatres all over the world including the 'Moulin Rouge' in Paris, the 'Lido de Paris' and the 'Friedrichstadtpalast' in Berlin. Her work gave her the wonderful opportunity to travel and perform in many different places such as Canada, Russia, Germany, Spain, Portugal, France, Monte Carlo and South America and has performed works by leading choreographers including Madonna's choreographer, Alex Magno. As well as performing on stage Melanie has appeared on many television shows.

Her interest and understanding of body movement led her to become a qualified Pilates instructor. She is certified in the Polestar method of Pilates and is also a certified Personal Trainer.
