Zuleika started her training in Classical Ballet at age five, but it was much later, at age sixteen when she was introduced to Jazz and Modern dance classes that she discovered a great passion and realized that dance was going to be part of her life.

She graduated in Physical Education from University of Santo Amaro, Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1991.

By that time she was a member of a Contemporary Dance Company in Sao Paulo and continued her career as a professional dancer joining many dance festivals, events and shows around the world until 1999, when she decided was time to dedicate herself fully on being a teacher.

She has been teaching dance for children from 4 years old to adults for 18 years, and is now finishing her teacher’s training in the Pilates technique.
