Anusara Yoga (M)
Anusara is a unique therapeutic, Vinyasa style Hatha Yoga system that unifies Tantric philosophy together with Anusara Yoga's "Universal Principles of Alignment" for both the inner and outer body. These principles are essentially five steps to the set-up of Yoga postures.  
 
Satyananda Yoga (M)
Suitable for total beginners, those new to yoga and/or students wishing to progress more slowly and peacefully. This class is an introduction to the holistic system of Satyananda Yoga®.  
 
Iyengar Yoga (M) 
Iyengar yoga is based on the teachings of living yoga master B.K.S. Iyengar, and the author of the classic Light on Yoga, light on Pranayama, The Tree of Yoga and Light on the Patanjali Yoga Sutra's.
 
Yoga Moon (M) 
Quiet, supported yoga postures to restore energy, provide healing, reduce stress and soothe the mind. Moon salutations will be done. Yoga Moon will help you to be prepared for the week ahead. 

Hatha Yoga (M)
Experience new energy and calmness in both your mind 
and body through the practice of yoga poses with breathing. 
A great way to recharge and relax! 

Ashtanga Yoga (I/A)
This system of Yoga synchronizes the breath with progressive series of intermediate to advanced postures. 

Kundalini Yoga (M)
A physical and meditative discipline, comprising a set of simple techniques that uses the mind, senses and body to create a communication between "mind" and "body" concentrates on psychic centers or chakras in the body in order to generate a spiritual power, which is known as kundalini energy. Coming in late January by Master Sunil!

World Hot (M)
Experience "healing heat", the studio is heated to over 32 degrees to help you build and maintain a liquid quality to your movements. Practice familiar Yoga asanas that will help to heal and detoxify your body and mind. An exciting and vigorous workout that stretches muscles, ligaments and tendons.

World Stretch (M)
This class focuses on improving flexibility. Deeper stretches are facilitated by holding the postures for longer periods of time.

Meditation (M) 
Meditation is the process of removing attention from conditions and circumstances.

Breath & Relax (M) 
Practice the art of breathing and relaxation. Learn techniques to help you reduce tension and stress in your everyday life.

 

Yoga Therapy (M) 
“Yoga as Therapy”, learn specific postures and sequences to treat sports injuries and any health problems like stress, high blood pressure, back and neck pain, asthma, gastric troubles, constipation etc. Designed by Yoga World teacher Mabel Qiu, who is a practicing Physiotherapist, each class has the following focus:


Yoga Therapy for Stress (Tuesday 7:30pm-8:30pm; Thursday7:30pm-8:30pm)
This class provides gentle therapeutic Asana(yoga posture), Pranayama (yoga breathing) and relaxation techniques to helpcreate a place of inner peace and calm, reduce pain, depression and other formsof discomfort. It enables you to respond skillfully to life’s difficultieswhilst maintaining a sense of balance and well being.

Yoga therapy for Spine (Sunday 3:30pm-4:30pm)
This yoga class has beenspecially designed to solving spinal problems such as headache, neck pain andback pain. It helps to release spinal tension, improve blood circulation,restore natural spinal curve, correct bad posture and reduce pain through stepby step therapeutic yoga practice.

BODYBALANCE® (M) 
Coming soon from Les Mills International! Combines the principles and techniques of Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi for a well rounded mind and body experience.

Pilates Mat work Orientation (B)
This orientation class is designed for people who have never done Pilates before. We will introduce Pilate’s basic principles and learn essential exercises to establish core strength and body awareness. Props may be incorporated to add variety.
 
Essential Mat work (M)
Essential mat work for beginners builds a foundation of exercises, so we learn to integrate the basic principles in to the exercises. This mat based workout is designed to help participants develop longer, leaner muscles, establish core strength and stability and heighten body awareness. Props may be incorporatedto add variety. Participants are welcome to stay in the essential classes until they feel confident enough to enter the essential / Intermediate class.
 
Essential/Intermediate Mat Work (I)
Essential/Intermediate workout level will take you through a dynamic and challenging full body workout that focuses on improving flexibility, core strength, with exercises that stretch and tone all muscles groups. We will include: stability balls, flexband, toning balls, fitness circle, toning balls.
 
AdvancedMat work (A)
For a more challenging workout – coming soon!
 
Pilates Ball (M) 
A newly invented Pilates prop that allows you to work at your own level to strengthen your core, increase flexibility and increase spinal movement.

Get ready for the launch of BODYCOMBAT! This class will introduce stances, moves, techniques and safety advice of BODYCOMBAT.  
 
Muay Thai Box (M) 
Muay Thai and boxing technique presented in a group exercise and circuit format class. Equipment such as boxing bags, gloves and punch pads will be used!
 
Kickbox (M) 
An intense workout based on boxing and muay thai fighting techniques, rounding off with a fantastic strength work.

Bollywood Dance (M)
Have fun learning dance forms inspired by the Bollywood Indian film industry. The class includes traditional Indian folk dance steps mixed with other dance styles.
 
Indian Fusion (M)

Learn how to strut, seduce and spin like a Moulin Rouge showgirl. Exclusive to Yoga World!  
 
JAZZ FUNK is a Jazz Dance style that emphasizes body isolations and rhythm.
It incorporates steps and moves from Hip Hop and Funk Dance.
 
Jazz Funk Beginner  (B)
Suitable for students with little or no experience in dance. In this class students will learn the basic steps and moves in a slower pace with simple dance variations.
 
Jazz Funk Choreography (I)
Suitable for students with some previous dance experience.
In this class you will learn steps and moves at a faster pace and those movements are added together to build a short dance routine. In each session new steps and movements are introduced and added to the dance routine. Every two months, in average, students are going to learn new choreography.
 
Latin Jazz (M)
Be prepared to move and have fun!
In this class you are going to experience a mix of traditional jazz dance steps with moves from cha-cha, salsa, mambo, samba, tango and other dance styles from Latin America. Your session will be accompanied by the best Latin music available.
Don’t miss the opportunity to spice up and energize your exercise routine! 
 
Latino Groove (M) 
Sizzling hot Latin moves and music that mixes traditional Latin dance moves with funky, Hi-Lo impact choreography.
 
Hip Hop (M)

Learn how to dance "Fame" or "Flashdance" style! Low impact and moderate intensity.
  
Belly Dance (M) 
Belly Dance is a fun way to tighten and tone your waist, hips and abdominal muscles through easy-to-follow isometric movements. Combining traditional belly dance movements and modern dance this class is suited to all levels.
 

Salsa Jam (M) 

A mix of moves from Salsa Dance blended with low impact aerobics.

Intro Step (B)
Learn all the basic steps before Step Moves. Great for toning the legs and butt while burning calories. Low impact and intensity.
 
Step Moves (I/A)
Dance and move with the step! This class has lots of complexchoreography that will challenge you mentally and physically! Lowimpact and moderate to high intensity.
 
Fatburner (M)
This class is specifically designed to bur fat by combining a longer high impact, energy induced, cardio strengthening routine with low impact bodysculpt movements.
 
New Body (M)
Perform low impact aerobics routines with light hand weigths to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle conditioning.
 
Step 'N' Sculpt (M)
An interval training class with alternating sections of cardio step and muscle conditioning work.
 
New Body 'N' Step (M)

Dance Aerobics (M)
A fitness/ aerobics based class combined with elements of dance such as latino and funk.
 
Belly Dance Aerobics (M)

Pilates Mat (M)
A mat work class taught according to the principles of Pilates. Thegentle but effective exercises strengthen your core abdominal and backmuscles and are great for those looking for more stability and supportin their body.

Body Sculpt (M)
Tone your muscles with the use of hand weights and floor-basedexercises. Great for those just starting out in a muscle conditioningprogram. Non-impact and moderate intensity.

ABT (M)
Low intensity  workout designed to target the abdominals, butts and thighs - great for toning and shaping the lower body.
 
Fitball (M)
A fun and effective class using the Fitball as a prop. It is a great class for increasing awareness of your body, improving your balance and posture and strengthening the core abdominal muscles.
